ABOUT US
For years Tim owned and operated not one but two Tim Wallace Landscape Supply operations – one in Bolingbrook and a 40-acre landscape yard and nursery just outside the Village of Minooka.
After those successful businesses and properties were sold, he purchased a 20-acre piece of farm land on Scotch Road along the border of Plainfield and Oswego. It’s there that he once again created a nursery to grow his own trees and shrubs. After 40 years of selling trees and shrubs and several years of building and site development, Tim’s new parcel on Scotch Road has become the home of – Tim Wallace Tree Farm.
Tim continues as owner and operator of Tim Wallace Soil Mix Supply – which specializes in creating custom soil blends for the lawn, garden and planting beds. And to that we now add Tim Wallace Tree Farm.
Tim Wallace Tree Farm specializes in “growing what we sell”. Although our inventory is not extensive, we grow and sell a nice selection of the most popular shade trees, ornamental trees, evergreens and shrubs: Grown in our area – For our area. Simply browse our on-line nursery inventory and then make the short trip out to the farm to pick out your specific tree or shrub. At Tim Wallace Tree Farm we’re always “Growing with You in Mind.”

Also, our book of 11 Professional Landscape Design Templates like the one shown below will soon be available for sale and download – or, for pickup at the Tree Farm Office trailer. These are intended to provide you with “design templates” for your project. Simply find a design that most closely reflects the area of your home that you’re looking to update. Our design templates will show which trees, shrubs and often – what other landscape material (ie. Outcropping) would be best suited for your area. Armed with this information you can confidently purchase the nursery stock that is best suited to your needs. We look forward to seeing you soon!
